SHIPPING:
Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): $12
2-Day Express (2 business days): $30
Overnight (1 business day): $50
Free USPS Ground Shipping On Orders Over $300
OUR CUT OFF TIME:
If we receive your order by 12pm ET, Monday through Friday, your order will ship same-day; all orders placed after 12pm ET Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day. Order placed on Friday after 12pm ET through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
**Please note: the day your order ships out does not count toward the business day(s) outlined in your selected delivery method.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS Guarantees.
Express and overnight shipping is only applicable Monday – Thursday and orders placed BEFORE 12pm ET. Any orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, Postal & Public Holidays will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Express shipping time is not guaranteed. Overnight shipping time not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas can take 2-3 business days for delivery. This option may not be available for some locations, next fastest shipping option will be selected.

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada.
RETURNS:
To begin the process of a Return/Exchange, please email [email protected] to being the necessary steps. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing to quality for a return.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.
EXCHANGES:
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Email info@kera10hair to begin the process of an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your shipping fee will be processed and upon receiving payment we will send a return shipping label for your item. Kera10 Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
